1. Type ZN-C is an extended cylinder separation section;
2. In order to overcome the shortcoming that the secondary steam at the top of the concentration tank is condensed before entering the condenser and returns to the tank. This equipment changes the condenser to a horizontal type;
3. In order to improve the production capacity of the equipment, this equipment increases the heating area of the jacket of the concentration tank and the areas of the condensation and cooler to varying degrees;
4. In order to prevent dead ends in the outlet pipe of the concentration tank, this product uses stainless steel spherical cork;
5. A quick-open hand hole is provided at the bottom of the concentration tank to facilitate cleaning of residual liquid and residue in the tank;
6. Type ZN-C divides the heating jacket into two or three sections. When the liquid level is low, the upper section must be closed to heat to prevent drying of the wall. The bottom is changed to a cone bottom to facilitate the discharge of concentrated liquid.
