The fermentation tank designed by our factory is a standard tank type. When the nominal volume of this tank type is below 6M³, the tank adopts a jacket type. The cooling or heating of fermentation gas is completed by the jacket. When the nominal volume is 6M³ or above, the cooling of the fermentation gas is taken care of by the vertical exhaust pipes. We have made improvements in the connection of the exhaust pipes in the tank. This mainly avoids opening too many holes in the tank and creating dead corners. This continuous method achieves satisfactory results in actual use.

When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, the design structure should be tight, with sufficient strength and service life. The equipment should have few internal accessories and a smooth surface. Pay attention to the need for good gas-steam contact and steam-solid mixing properties so that material transfer and gas exchange can be carried out effectively. There is sufficient heat exchange area to ensure that fermentation can be carried out at a suitable temperature. Pay attention to the sealing performance of the equipment to ensure sterilization operations.
